Hi my wife is missing her birth certificate can i aplly with all the rest of the documents and send it in later beacause it can take some time to find it in russia or any other suggestions thanks
Affadivit for Birth certificates from parents will be fine. you must have 2 affadivits for the missing birth certificates stating the reason for non availability of birth certificates, person's relationship with the applicant and the circumstances for knowledge of birth. It is always advisible to provide additional documents like school leaving certificates etc.. as proof of birth date, place and parents names along with affadivit to substantiate the evidance in support for missing birth certificate.

As it sound to me It means PD of primary applicant will be the PD of spouse and child.

the edges in the lighthouse are a bit too sharp....they look a bit cheap compared to the first one; try adding a slight texture [ nothing complex or too saturated ]to the cliff edge to make it look darker and edgy....if you get my drift.....

Yes its is a very good development....especially a hispanic lobby group is saying this.
Still other allied group need to eventually come to the conclusion and only then it can
happen.
The Hispanic lobby is agitating for the Dream Act which is held up by CIR.
But fight is not over yet. The nursing lobby is also focusing on this.
If piecemeal happens, a major fight will erupt between
Eb2/3 crowd and the nursing lobby over who gets to feast on the recaptured visas.

Senate Floor to Start Debating the Emergency Iraq War Supplemental Spending Bill This Morning
As reported earlier, the immigrant community has a huge stake at this bill because of the immigration bill amendments attached to this bill by the Senate Appropriations Committee. The Democratic leadership intends to push this legislative bill and pass it before they go into a Memorial holiday break. There are two challenges ahead for this legislation. One is the right wing Republican Senators who declared their plan to engage in a cat-and-dog fight against this bill, particularly AgJOBS bill of Senator Feinstein which they consider an amnesty bill. The drama of confrontation between the Democratic majority and the Republican minority will unfold in the form of cloture motion to be pushed by the Democrats and the Repulicans attempt to block the motion and to introduce amendments to kill the controvertial amendments. We do not know how Sen. Ted Kennedy's hospitalization will affect in the drama. As people know it, Sen. Kennedy is diagnosed with a brain tumor and his availability in the Senate floor activities remains open at this point. Aside from this challenge, there is another challenge ahead on the other side in the Beltway. It is the White House. Reportedly, President Bush has expressed his intention to veto this bill because of the conditions attached to this bill on the Iraq War. TSC online system seems to be still down - I tried adding a new receipt number and its not accepting, I talked to my lawyer and she mentioned that she heard same from a bunch of her other clients. Since my EAD is still valid for another couple months, I didnt try to go for InfoPass yet.
These days people are getting RFE's left and right and TSC's online system is down just in time :( In many cases it may not be a big deal (to answer the query in time) but having online system updates was useful to prepare for any such thing. Now we have to wait for the letter.

I hold F1 visa and my new job starts on Sept 1. The int'l student office of my current university mistakenly set my OPT start date on May 6. My OPT has been approved and EAD card arrived.
That is, I will have 120-plus "unemployment" days accumulated by early August, which will then violate the "90-day unemployment rule" of OPT.
I am under tremendous pressure and really want to hear your opinions.

To answer your second question, yes, the employer can revoke your I-140 petition which could result in denial of I-485 application. You are only covered under AC21 if your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days as the previous poster suggested.

Hello,
I am trying to figure out if it is possible to sponsor (legal sponsorship support letter) my cousin back in India who is trying for higher studies in Canada (the letter to be shown to the Canada consulate). I am an Indian on H1B in US with Perm just filed.
I heard that being a resident alien myself (as opposed to permanent resident) I cannot sponsor him? Is that true?
If I can in fact sponsor him -- will that have any affect/complication whatsoever on my (i) Perm (ii) Tax application etc etc?
He is an 18 yr old Indian.

As both the I-94 that you got with the I797 and the white I-94 that you surrendered are with the same number, it does not really matter as the arrival record associated with the I-94# would have been closed with the departure record submitted by the white I-94 card when you left the country.
You can send the I-94 card tothe London, KY address to be sure. AFAIK, if the I-94 with the same number was turned in, you are fine.

Maybe the EXIF data will be helpful though it's not completely accurate, even though I shoot in manual it will read shutter priority. ISO usually 1600 as Josh stated above.
